Jim Thompson is speaking about how the Lord is currently moving in South America. Mighty Shepherd Ministries has been focused on South America for the past few years, and has more mission trips to South Amercia planned for the future.
God began to open doors for missions for Mighty Shepherd Ministries after He had instructed Jim to pray for 40 countries on a regular basis.

Barrancabermeja Supernatural
We thank God for Barrancabermeja and all of Middle Magdalena for a supernatural night in the presence of the Holy Spirit.

On Friday, April 18, 2025, approximately 450 pastors and leaders from the Magdalena Medio region gathered in the auditorium of the San Silvestre Hotel in the city of Barrancabermeja to hold our Pastoral Union and Interdenominational Leadership Summit, along with the entire MSM team and united pastors of Barrancabermeja.
Women’s Summit
On Thursday, April 17th, we shared a wonderful time with more than seven hundred women from the city of Barrancabermeja and the Magdalena Medio region at our conference, prepared especially for them by the MSM team.
The Bible declares in Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.” God delights in giving His children the desires of their hearts when we seek Him in Spirit and in Truth.
